Welcome to Impact Kids

Impact Kids is the children’s ministry of Impact Church. Serving kids from Newborn through 5th grade, Impact Kids places a high priority on providing a fun and safe environment for children. We have age-appropriate games, worship, Bible-based lessons, and prayer for every age group. We believe church should be FUN and ENGAGING because we serve a living and creative God!

Impact Kids takes place each weekend simultaneously with the main service. Rest assured that your children are having a blast as they make new friends and learn from God's Word!

Our Purpose

We are on a mission to impact the world for Jesus and raise-up the next generation of world changers!

We desire to: EXCITE kids and their families about God's House; Lead children to a personal ENCOUNtER with Jesus; EQUIP kids and leaders with the truth of God's Word; and EXPAND God's Kingdom by sharing His love with our world.

At Impact Kids, we use both large and small group learning environments for all weekend programming. We believe that large group elements allow us to showcase FUN and WONDER as we build an atmosphere that GLORIFIES our Creator. Small group elements allow us to CONNECT with our friends and leaders in a meaningful way while we DISCOVER more of who we are in Christ.

Our goal is to PARTNER with parents, guardians and leaders by EQUIPPING them with resources for discipleship – whether at home, on the go, or in Impact Kids small groups. As a church, we believe in positioning parents and caregivers as the spiritual champion in a child’s life.

Planning to Visit?

If your family is planning a visit, look for the Impact Kids check-in area located in the lobby. Our fun Welcome Hosts are excited to meet your family and help you check-in. You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. These tags assist our leaders while your child is in the children’s environment and again at check-out when you come to pick-up at the end of service. Once checked-in, a host will be happy to show you the age-appropriate environment we have created for your child.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Impact Kids is divided into two main groups: Early Childhood (Newborn through Pre-K) and Elementary (Kindergarten through 5th grade).

  • Follow us on social media! We regularly post conversation starters based on our current lesson series to spark intentional discussions at home. Our Facebook and Instagram pages feature information on upcoming events and more. Additionally, we provide families with physical and digital lesson series overviews as well as seasonal resources to showcase what we're learning from God's Word. You can access the current lesson series and seasonal resources at any time on our Impact Kids Family Resources page.

  • Using the registered cell phone number you provided, we will send a text if your child needs you at any point during the service.

  • We design our spaces and programming to be effective for a child's assigned age / grade. If siblings want to stay together, we allow for occasional allowances; however, they must go into the youngest sibling's assigned room.

  • Safety is our priority! Security is present at all times when the doors of Impact Church are open. Security teams are specifically stationed throughout our environments. All individuals entering Impact Kids spaces have been cleared. In addition, all Impact Kids Staff and volunteers are thoroughly background checked and each of our rooms have ratios and room capacities to ensure the safety of each child. Our check-in / check-out process ensures children are appropriately registered and released to a parent or guardian.

  • The health of our kids, families, staff, and volunteers is very important to us. For the safety of all, we request that any individuals with a contagious illness refrain from participating in Impact Kids ministry until symptoms are gone. Symptoms include:

    • Fever at or above 100 degrees (must be normal for 24 hours without medication prior to participation).

    • Discharge from eyes or ears (ex: Pink Eye).

    • Active Skin infections.

    • Undiagnosed rashes.

    • Presence of head lice or nits.

    • Vomiting or diarrhea lasting several hours during the past 24 hours.

    • Excessive signs of cold, tiredness, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing or coughing.

    • Any symptom of childhood diseases such as scarlet fever, German measles, mumps chicken pox, or whooping cough.
